I'm John, A disabled one legged ABK Vet. After 3 years I decided to try this and it went beyond my expectations. Looks, comfort, tires and a safer liquid acid battery. Idrives graet take it easy on the turns to avoid hurting yourself Trial by patience. I get so many comments on the look of it. It doesn't look like a old mans scooter. Store wise unless its Home Depot with large isles you will have to take or use what ever another store may have. And for truly unwalkable disabled humans. And I don't have a blue disabled tag. Take yours blue ugly tag off the window when driving. Good luck with yours.

Received the Mobility Scooter three days ahead of estimated time of delivery. Five stars go to the Seller and the freight companies involved. Especially, Forward Logistics driver who wheeled the Scooter to the garage for me; even though my 3 year old grandson questioned, "Why did you take so long?"In short order, my helper and I had the Scooter un-crated and true to the advertisements and reviews we were traveling around the neighborhood. So glad I am once again able to spend time outdoors with my grandson. We enjoyed a trip to the local park and had a wonderful time flying kites.One problem: I am a big man and two of the bolts holding the seat prod into my hips. Hopefully, reversing the nuts to the exterior will solve the problem.I am looking forward to many excursions out into our town and neighborhood. I have already recommended this freedom to several of my neighbors.Thankfully, the only assembly required was installing the mirrors; definitely a selling point for my neighbors.

Love Love the 1000W Heavy Duty Mobility Scooter. We'll worth the price. Rides smooth on the road. When my Labradore Retriever escape my yard and sprinted across town, I was able to catch up to him and bring him home. I will be buying a second one for my fiance' so we will travel together to the parks. I give this a 5 star. I havent had any problems and I sure hope I wont. The picture is my fiance' on the scooter. We will need 2 lol.

Hope you don't want to return the item. I never opened the box, and it was still on the pallet. They would not cover the cost of the return or provide a return label and charge me. They said the freight would be a lot and if I would reconsider. I sure don't want to spend a thousand dollars on freight, so I am keeping it for future use. I wanted to return it because I was going to use it to commute to work and decided it would be too slow and the turn radius was a bit scary.

Great customer service. I had a a problem getting my scooter to start. I texted them and they provided help right away.

UPDATE: Andre with customer service is beyond helpful. His response is speedy and gave several options for repair. Highly recommend this scooter for anyone with mobility issues!Less than a week of use and we started to hear a horrible noise coming from the rear axle. When we opened the fill plug and check the oil level in the rear differential it seems extremely low. Really really sad about this

When we read the review, it stated a warranty was available and offered "top-notch customer service"There is no name or telephone # available. No information as to warranty or a manual was included. Have no way to ask questions if one should arise. We are very uncomfortable not having this available to us
