The company did contact me after I gave a bad review and are sending me a replacement. It stops charging after a while (2 months after purchase) and when I try to contact the seller, the chat won't let me send anything to the seller.

Starts off great
I was pleased with my first several uses. But the blades become dull very quickly and then it is not nearly as effective.

So far it's not living up to its claims
I had been waxing for years and then started shaving. I was eager for more permanent, but this tool seems to be just another shaver requiring use 3x per week. It's easy to use, but I'm not getting the results purported in the information and ads.
