Convenient. Tasty. I love it!
This Coffee Maker Changed My Mornings! Dragging myself out of bed was the worst part of my day. But ever since I got the Gemilai Espresso Machine, mornings have been so easy for me!The machine is FAST! I get delicious coffee in just minutes, so I can grab a cup and get my day started without waiting in line in coffee shops. It's also incredibly SIMPLE to operate. Even someone who's not a morning person (like me…) can figure it out. The controls are intuitive, and no extra time for clean up . I followed the instruction attached and made coffee with real good taste.I barely comment with long paragraphs. But I really like this one! If you're looking for a reliable, user-friendly coffee maker that brews a fantastic cup of coffee, look no further!

Bad machine and bad customer service
The media could not be loaded. Bad machine and even worse customer service. Be aware that even though it says 30 days for return seller does not send a prepaid label to ship it back it costs $98 dollars for shipping. Do not buy anything from this seller. Had to unpack machine to be able to take a video because my dissatisfaction was not enough so here is your video.

Well built with quality stainless steel.
The machine is very well made. A magnet will not stick to the stainless steel. You can adjust the water flow rate with a turn of a screw. When I have my grind dialed in, the pressure goes to 8 -9 bars.I don't like how the pre infusion only wets the grounds for a nano second. You can adjust when the brew cycle starts after pre infusion. The steam knob is really just an on-off switch.Over all I think this machine is a good value.

Sooooo amazing
We are big fans of espresso and the wife used work as barista for a few years. This machine is fantastic. First and foremost, the directions are extremely simple. Just watch something on online if you need extra help on frothing milk or tamping. The machine is super easy to use, press a button when it warms up. The machine comes with everything you need except for a frothing pitcher, espresso cups and coffee/espresso. It only takes a few minutes to heat up and brews fabulous espresso. The frothing wand works well and can be stored under the under the machine when not in use. Overall, this machine is worth every cent. It is built to last and takes up minimal space. All of the components are high quality. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Excellent quality, brews great espresso
This is a well built espresso machine with many high end features, such as dual heating elements with PID control. The controls themselves are easy to use, and I love that it has a knob for steam instead of a lever. It comes with a few accessories, which will get the job done, but I am going to be upgrading them to better items including a bottomless portafilter. I think for the money this machine is a great buy, especially if you already have a grinder, or want to keep it separate from the machine.

Best espresso machine I've owned
The media could not be loaded. I haven't owned many (four) but this is the best espresso machine I've ever had. This is not cheap but it is commercial grade and that comes cross in every pour. The unit is sleek, attractive, medium sized but still compact, easy to use, and makes consistently great coffee. This machine is far superior to the ones I've used in the $150-$300 range and superior to those in a similar price range ($500).The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The machine comes preset to heat water to 203 degrees and a 25 second brew time, both ideal. Just plug in, add water, turn on and wait for the water to heat up (the display will show you the temperature and you can watch it increase), press the brew bottom and get hot, creamy, and delicious espresso in 25 seconds! It's also very easy to clean. If you value high quality espresso drinks and don't mind the price tag, I wouldn't hesitate to get this machine. I've returned ones in a similar price range because they just didn't make good coffee. This one does, every single time. I look forward to using it each morning (and sometimes afternoon)!

takes a while to warm up
This is a great espresso machine and I have a lot of experience. The only downside is the length of time to warm the water. The customizable pull options and other settings can be dialed in perfectly.

A delicious cup of Joe with a side of great customer service!
Update: Dec 31Gemilai has the best customer service! Hands down the best! I informed them of the issue via email and they walked me through the entire process: of troubleshooting, sending the product back for testing, shipping out a new product, and confirming that the new product worked. And now all is well. The product works as designed. I would've like a bit more pressure from the machine to really push out the oils from the ground coffee. Great product overall...but the best customer service experience ever!Excited for a cup of Joe in the morning and nothing came out...but a few drips. Worked with it for over an hour to figure out the problem. Called customer service (it's supposed to be VIP), the child (sounded like a child from another country) on the other end of the phone answered. Sounded like she just woke up. I told her what the problem was with no water coming out. I told her the tank had water. I told her I read the troubleshooting manual and now I needed to know next steps. She didn't know what to do and said she will email me a troubleshooting video. Video never showed up. As I kept working with it, slowly drips of water came out. I unscrewed the filter. Cleaned it. Replaced it. Turned the machine on. Turned it off. Ran the froth wand. Turned it off. I did a lot of work to get it to work and finally, some drips of water came out...however, there was no pressure pushing the water through the coffee beans. It was like dripped coffee. Not a good product...company needs better quality management on product and service...especially for the price!
