Satisfaction
I bought on 12 nov 2024 Review date 29 june 2026 Its all been working fine and satisfied with this product.. Picture quality is still same as previous.. Using 32 gb memory card & it's is recording continuously till 4.5 days After wifi lost recording , no issue continuously recording available. After reconnect with wifi we can showing in recording timeline. Only problem is that this camera is pan and tilt No any zooming function available..

Useless Fraud Company and Product - don't buy!
I'm very disappointed with the Indian version of Hikvision EZVIZ. Hikvision is a very reputed company worldwide for security cameras and was excited to try EZVIZ product from them. EZVIZ company please contact me if reading this. After researching for 2 days, finally I bought this with big hope. But info mentioned and youtube reviews are not matching the product. It seems youtube reviews are all paid! Please don't buy. Too many cons: 1. Major problem: power is micro usb, which gets damaged very fast. Not mentioned anywhere on Amazon but in reviews and official EZVIZ website type-C is mentioned. When I saw micro-usb port and I tried to return on Amazon, it is not allowed. Power port got damaged after 2 months. 2. Very heavy camera as compared to similar functionality on market. 3. Camera does not connect with internet properly. I've 200mbps very good internet. 4. Useless app, not smooth, not intuitive and many things don't work. 5. On original Hikvision EZVIZ website there is no option to buy directly, and they link to Amazon. On Amazon, the product description are not correct. No option to buy H6C pro version. Even after admitting fault by Amazon Customer Care, return or exchange is not allowed for this product!! Customer care of Hikvision EZVIZ also did not respond. This is absolute fraud company. Stay away!!

Yah camera bahut achcha Hai main se pichhle sal se use kar raha hun aur ab jakar kis ka review de raha hun iski video quality bahut acchi hai security ke liye aap ise Apne Kisi bhi jagah per Laga sakte ho chahe Ghar ke hall mein ho kamre mein Ho ya aap apne gate per Laga sakte ho Jaise bhi vaise vaise bhi aap Laga sakte night vision kabhi camera bahut achcha hai usko lagana bhi installation bhi karna bahut Biji Hai iski function agar aap andar Dekho to bahut Biji hai aap koi bhi samajh jaega security purpose ke liye bahut achcha hai

Automatically reset when power off
We have to connect again and again after every power cuts. It automatically reset. All else are upto mark.
