The belts are a little oddly placed because the range is 26-42" and I'm a 31" waist so you have to adjust this to get the Velcro to secure on both belts. Once it's on? So comfy and supportive!!!It inflated really easily. It's very comfortable overall. I found it supportive too. It didn't hinder my movement but it was very secure to wear for several hours. It also deflated quickly. The best part was how comfortable it was and I felt great after wearing it for a few afternoons.I do think it's a bit on the higher end in price for what it is. I have a similar inflatable one that was about $60 so I'm not sure this one is worth the extra cost.Really nice overall if you need something like this.
