I had an in ground vinyl liner pool which had begun to leak...a lot. I turned off the water to let the water find the level of the leak. After it had gone below the returns and light and was still dropping I pumped it dry and had a leak detection guy come out. He said there was a slight leak in the line from the "drain" to the pump.I had the pool fiberglassed as the cost of vinyl liners had quadrupled. The fiberglass people were going to eliminate the "drain" but didn't. This is a rental house, I was not in town while they did the work.Despite having plugged the line, there was still lots of leakage.I got this product and did a bit of diving with my hookah setup to seal every place of that drain area that was, with marker liquid, showing leakage. The good news is that there may still be slight leakage but the water bill is back where it should be.This stuff works great!

I have an inground concrete pool 25 x 50 and everyday it was losing water like 3 to 4 inches in 24 hrs. Every day I was filling it back up and this went on for over a week. Had someone look at it and could not figure it out. So, I started to look around myself and saw that around one of my drains in 3' had some concrete missing so I mixed as directed placed it where the concrete was missing and BAM fixed, and I did not drain the pool.

It did cover my crack in the pool, but make sure you push to put in the crack and not rub. I had to put on thick and let dry to get hard. For some reason an area of putty fell off and was floating In water but picked it up and put back on and it stayed and got hard. The only thing the rust from the rebar came thru it and that’s what I wanted to prevent 🙁 I haven’t sanded it down so it’s a thick white line (which is ok with me) because I don’t want to take a chance that it all comes out of the crack. It’s a little hard to get out of the tubes, easily to use a scissors and then squeeze
