Sound quality & quality of product is good. Also boat service is best and helped in any defect

I primarily use it for telephonic conversation and the sound is clear and loud. Bluetooth range is pretty good and stable. however after 6-7 months of use,it was damaged. I visited local service center and logged complain. They didnt turn up to pick it up from my address. I kept patience, revisted service center after a month and explained i need a help to fix it. They acknowledge the miss, made me go through paper works and within 7 days, Boat shipped a new headphone to me. Happy how they honored client requirement...

I received a replacement just a short while ago, but this one is also giving me trouble. It shuts down on its own while in use—even when fully charged—and won't turn back on until I plug it in to charge. Today, it keeps connecting and disconnecting repeatedly. This isn't my first time using Boat products; I’ve trusted the brand for a long time, yet I’m facing issues with this specific unit. As I mentioned before, I don't have the time to keep charging it constantly. Either I throw this in the trash, or you can charge me a little extra and give me a decent neckband so I don't have to deal with this hassle over and over again.

cable quality is not as good it's broken

I'm very happy with this Bluetooth device. It was easy to pair with my phone, and the connection is stable without frequent disconnections. Design is good as provide good grip when using.Sound quality is good but mic quality is not that good. In this price group, you can not expect a very good noice cancellation feature so this feature as per the price. This neckband comes with the feature that as soon as both earbuds are joined together, it gets off and as soon as earbud are seperated it gets on so this sometimes frustrate as when you are not using and even mistakenly they are joined together due to megante, it gets off. If you've kept them somewhere such as in bag and if the earbuds are seperated then it stays on and battery is drained so that is the only drawback I've felt till now along with noice cancellation. Battery life is good even if you are using it daily. It also comes with dual connectivity which is good feature who need it for laptop and phone
