Ideal for splitting midi connections to synths
currently using two of these to split midi too and from a scarlet 8i6 so I can control multiple synths. These cables are doing the job perfectly 👍🏻

Maybe not built to last..
It works.. but for how long? The build quality it pretty poor. Wires are visible. I don't gig but if this was being disconnected and reconnected a lot then you may need to carry a spare for when it fails.

Functions as expected
Does the job perfectly! Perhaps the female connectors could be a little more snug; they're not loose but I get the impression that over time they will wear and loosen. But nevertheless: Highly recommended!!

Works well for tempo syncing three devices
I've been using this to tempo sync a drum machine to the sequencer/arpeggiator on two other synths. It's a simple solution for a small setup and better than daisy-chaining or going via a laptop.

Essential, a decent length and does what it says on the tin - a passive midi splitter. Good quality feel too.

This does not work to split 2 midi signals. Only one at best work when connected to this if at all!

Ich frag mich, wozu man eigentlich eine MIDI-Thru Box benötigt, wenn man auch so etwas benutzen kann... Ich benutze den Artikel, um mit einem NOVATION Circuit zwei ROLAND Aira Synthesizer anzusteuern und das klappt ganz wunderbar.

Know that it works for my pedals in my pedalboard.
I have some pedals without midi out like the GFI Duophony and Jackson Audio Bloom, but needed to have midi out from my pedalboard to a small pedalboard with my Tonex pedals, and I put 2 of this connected to each other and I'm able to send midi messages to all the pedals without any issue. Really good and way cheaper than have a midi box or any other device. If you need this for your pedals, go for it! Also de delivery went really fast and everything was super nice.
