Works great! It looks great. The problem is the assembly instructions. They are printed in micro font and the pictures are very poor. The diagrams are terrible. So you kind of have to be a real DIYer to put together

Definitely not resistant to sun fading
Well here we are only 60 days after install and this awning is definitely not “ resistant to sun fading” as it claims to be in the description, while it does provide the shade we were looking for. It’s very disappointing at how much it has faded in color since we have had it in, and we haven’t even hit our hottest summer months yet! Bummer

Bad instructions.
With some decent instructions this could be completed in about 3 hours.Can't understand if they can't decently draw the assembly why they don't have step by step photos.The comprehension of language is very poor.After 4 hours I had to stop today.I need to regroup, disassemble and start again tomorrow.
