I love the Miracle Noodles and Rice. They are healthy for me to eat, easy to prepare and delicious to eat as well.

Diabetic friendly - I no longer miss my ramen or spaghetti
The Miracle Noodles are nothing like a few years ago when they were made from a seaweed substance. This recipe used Konjac flour, and my body only sees fiber, and not carbs. I am now able to make my homemade ramen for lunch with these noodles, and when I cook spaghetti and meat sauce for the family, I break out a package of these, rinse, put in a bowl for me, and top with the meat sauce. Win, Win, Diabetic Win! I highly recommend you try at least once. A word of caution. The instructions suggest rinsing and then putting in a fry pan to dry for a few seconds. Do not bother. The fettuccine became like strands of hard cellophane. If they are used without the drying, then they are wonderful. Enjoy!

Rubbery noodles - yuck!
These were gross for lack of a better word. Do NOT recommend. Flavor was weird and the texture was so rubbery. I kept trying to eat them. I would take one bite and just couldn't do it. Had to throw out the rest of the one package I opened. I would like to return the remainder for a refund.

The Best of All Noodle Substitutes
No noodle substitute will EVER trick you into thinking you’re eating noodles. At least Miracle Noodles don’t have a terrible after-taste. They are versatile and take on whatever flavors you add to them. They are incredibly chewy though…but I like em.

Miracle noodles are not miraculous.
If you're looking for a low calorie substitute for pasta this is it. It has the texture but no taste. I would like not purchase if you are desperate for a calorie deficit.

Great stirfry noodle replacement
The only thing offputting about these is the smell when you first opened the bag. Just rinse them thoroughly and then cook them like you would a stirfry noodle. I’ve only tried them in stirfry, but they work really well for me. They are a little expensive though, so I don’t buy them very often.

Better than the others
I like them better than the type with all the calories and gluten
