OMG!! This is honestly the best iron tool I have ever purchased! I have tried many - trust me, and they were all the more expensive name brands! After one of them broke - again - I decided to look for a more inexpensive brand. This iron is AMAZING!! I have very straight fine hair. The first time I used it, I was amazed and how easy it flowed through my hair and gave me flawless waves! I have never used anything that was this easy and fast. Usually it takes me forever to get my straight hair to have the loose waves I see everyone else having! I am 54 and have been searching for this tool my whole life! I HIGHLY recommend this tool as it does everything from straightening to curling! I have no idea why it says frequently returned as I would never return this and recommend over any other iron including the expensive name brands!!

I had bought a product like this that is way more expensive. That does the same thing as this one does, but better. The clamp on this device is a lot tighter and holds the hair better for straightening and styling. I also found that I do not have to crank up the heat as high as the first expensive one I purchased in order to get the results that I needed. It is easy to work with and will travel easily.

You can’t hold onto the end, it gets hot. I have another one with an end that stays cool for better control. Also, if you bump the temp button it changes temperature while you are using it. Aside from that, it works pretty well.

Being a Bridal Stylist, I am always looking for new Hair tools to add to my collection. I came across this one and I didn’t have anything like it at the time so I decided to give it a try. It heats up fast ( Takes another 30 seconds to get to the highest temperature) with multiple heat settings depending on the hair type & condition. It has a digital temperature display making it easy to adjust and read. You can use this tool multiple ways depending on your needs. Just heat for dry hair or heat and a fan(like a blow dryer) For wet hair. I did use it both ways and had no issues. It Didn’t seem to pull the hair and glided very easily because of the ceramic plates. It was extremely easy for me to curl the hair because of the swivel cord. I let the curls sit in the hair and cool before Running my hands through them and they did seem to last in the hair extremely well. This is a great tool for someone who Wants to be able to style their hair Multiple ways with one tool.

I am not big on doing my hair but I've lost almost all my natural curl as I've aged so I thought I'd try something new. I've had this for a few months now and I've got to say, once you get the hang of it, this thing is extremely versatile. I used to be a hairdresser and I would have loved this thing when I was in the salon. A go to tool, for sure.

Heats up fast from zero to 200degrees in less than three minutes, and the cooling fan while straightening or curling prevents burning my fingers, plus makes my curls last longer. It’s also easy to use because the cord turns when you turn the barrel, I really enjoy it

Poor placement of the on and off buttons. As I’m using the iron my hand will hit the off button on the iron. Constantly turning it back on. Would NOT recommend.

This hair tool is amazing! It heats up super fast, which I love. My hair just glides through it, no snagging at all. Plus, it's surprisingly quiet, a real bonus. And the curls? They turn out fantastic every time.
