This is a good time saver as the first step in stripping paint in my case a 69 Mustang. I stripped the entire car with this first (used 3 gallons total) then used a barrel sander, wire wheels, DA... This stuff won't work very well if it's under 70 degrees, it will turn into jelly and not penetrate.

This is false information and very misleading!! This can of aircraft stripper says right on the can” strips to bare metal in 45 minutes” bull crap!! 4 hours and covered with and without plastic did absolutely nothing, nothing at all. Should not be aloud to sell a product that does not do what it says it will do. I’m not out the 4 hours of time but damn I’m out $120. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I use this aircraft paint remover to strip paint off of metal for repainting on my '56 Chevy pickup. It will take the paint off of anything effortlessly. If the paint is thick or has many coats, it may take a couple of stripping attempts, but most of the time one application will do the trick.

It doesn’t work as well as expected. It took 3 times to get most of the paint off of a 1966 f100. Took the whole container to get this done. Let it sit for 45 minutes each time and all 3 times covered it in plastic

This product does not work at all and the seller is an absolute nightmare to work with. Avoid at all costs!

Did not take off the paint. It doesn't have a negative star to mark. They did give us a refund but doesn't do what it said it does.
