Product was basically useless as seat and foot pedals were missing. Packaging was damaged and had been retaped with brown tape. On removing the bicycle to set it up, I realise that there was no seat and foot pedal. There were no screws and instruction manual. To make things worse, I have to drop of the item for return in order to get the refund. Extremely disappointed.

This bike looks great and feels the part when you take it out the box.But you’ll never be able to put it together with the haphazard instructions provided. The frame is quite heavy too.My bike came with rust out-of-the-box to which we were only offered a part-refund. Having had it properly serviced by my local shop, I rode it home for the first time.Both pedals snapped off while I was going up-hill. The chain skips too, but that may be a putting it together thing.The quality of the materials to have rust and breaking on first use is pretty disgusting and disappointing. I’ll need to spend more money to upgrade.I’d just go for a higher price point and different brand/seller next time.

The bike arrived and I unboxed it there was the odd scratch and scrape on the bike which I can live with even one of the tires has been gouged quite badly and may need replacing but I don’t expect much from my mail order items however... these instructions leave much to be desired and I challenge anybody to put this bike together using the instructions provided. I’ve built quite a few garden sheds over the years and sometimes they have bits missing and their instructions are not always that clear but I’ve always succeeded. I’m a full-time builder and work to plans every day however the plans with all of this bike are truly not acceptable and look as though they’ve been put together by someone doing a school project for their 11+. There are eight stages given and each stage only has one sentence to explain what needs to be done the photographs for each of the eight parts are far too zoomed in and the images of themselves are probably an inch by inch so difficult to see in any detail. There is no detail on the drawings or labelling of part A,B,C. I shall be returning this bike. Hope you find this review helpful I wish I’d read up on the bike a little more myself first.
