buy this now if you are thinking about it. just do it.
love this thing!!!! there was a little concern because i saw an online video saying it was hard to put together. either that guy lied to shill for a more expensive product or he is absolutely stupid. i didn't bother to read the instructions and i was cleaning records in 5 minutes after opening the box. uses a lot of water, but i knew that it had a large tank compared to the dedicated record cleaners, and i wanted that. i like being able to put my glasses in it too. very much recommend this.

Vevor record cleaner.
Works great with a few tweeks, Setup and testing and prep. takes an hour or two. The spacer disks will have to be cleaned up and finish sanded to remove debris from mfg.cutout prosses. I also made label protectors from silicone 1/16 sheeting. First mod was to cut the lid with a dremmil and cutoff wheel so it would fit with the motor installed. 2nd mod was to replace the 24v motor wall wart with a 12v 1amp walwart, as the 24v rotated the motor way too fast. 3rd added a bluetooth wired bbq type temperature probe. Cleaning solution i finally settled on was Distilled water, 2 caps of the iSonic fluid "blue" , 2oz of X100, ipa 100% home brew premix concentrate. Premix = 1gallon distilled water, 8 to 10 caps of X100 and 10 to 12 caps of 100% ipa. Shake the hell out of it , this will desolve the x100, let it settle to defoam. I run a 12 minute cycle with machine set to 28c. And a preheat to 86f. realtime temperature on the inkbird probe. I run 3 albums at a time, to center 3 albums in the wash basin load 3 spacers to start then a album and 2 spacers between each album with a silicone protector on each side. The last spacer is a single. This centers the 3 in the wash bin. Pre sweep each record with a lp dust brush. Inspect each lp for pressing defects. Post clean , lift the motor and drip dry for 10 minutes with a fan blowing on them then 10 minutes in the included drying rack. This method yealds spotless results and cleans all but the worst finger prints. With no water spots and fast air drying. Heavy soiled and fingerprinted albums need to be pre cleaned. No way around it Dont freak out when your fluid gets cloudy before you clean anything. I clean 30 or 40 albums or more on a fluid change. Noise? Yes it is noisy. You wont want it in your listening room. If its in an adjacent room with the door closed you wont hear it Its significantly quieter while its spinning albums in the fluid. Louder while empty or preheating with the agitation motors running as this helps speed up preheating. Agitation causes heat. Overall its a very good value considering the motor with slide is all cnc aluminum and very nice. The included drying rack is nice and solid. It comes disasembled and requires assembly and adjusting. It has 4 arms that can rotate and slide. Wider is better. Its kind of fiddely so multiple adjustments may be nessisary to get it right. Its really awesome once its propoerly adjusted. If your record is leaning its not adjusted rite.

customer service is lack thereof
This cleaner intermittently worked. It worked okay until my return window closed. That's when the trouble started. I recommend to use it outdoors as I ran one cycle in the garage and won't do that again. It normally shut down after the timer on the ultrasonic hit zero. That time it was not the case. I came out in the garage to check it in the morning and it was still heating to a point that half of the liquid had boiled out. The machine had not had a problem doing that the first month. The machine also began other troubles around that time. I could turn the on and off switch to the on position and it illuminates. The front panel would not light up. I have tried multiple times since and have got lucky once or twice and it would work. I was very cautious and put it outside while using after the boil incident. I contacted customer service and they said expect a reply by email in the next couple days. So the circus of customer service has been ridiculous. It began when they told me to take the machine apart and send them pictures. That was quite unique in itself to suggest as a machine with a water tank and electronics below it may be a bit dangerous to play in. I did so and based on pictures, they said This issue can be resolved by replacing the main circuit board and the power switch connection cable accessories. They replied with Please do not worry, we will resend these accessories to you free of charge. Additionally, since the accessories need to be shipped from an overseas warehouse via transit, it will take approximately 10-15 days. So as time went on I inquired about where the parts were. They replied with they lost the parts in shipment and would offer a 25% refund. I continued conversations for several weeks with support and they eventually said to send them the machine back to the manufacturer and they would send another. Wait a minute, you just lost a couple parts in shipping to me and now you want me to put machine in mail and send back to the manufacturer and hope they say they got it. I again requested just the parts. The next thing I got was a rate customer support email from vevor. The link did not even work to do that.

Fantastic
This thing is no joke. Powerful cleaning ability. This has changed the way I clean firearms, tools, parts, really anything that needs heavy duty cleaning. You can watch dirt, grease, and grime just melt off the parts as soon as you drop them in. I use about 3 1/2 gallons - half water, half Simple Green

Really Noisy but it Cleans Well.
The set up took a little longer than expected and I had to come online to figure out how to put it together since the instructions didn’t tell me a lot about assembly. Took a while to heat up but heat stays constant once it reaches temperature until the timer goes off then the heat shuts off. The machine quality is fine, good for the money I guess, I’ve never used any other ultrasonic cleaning devices before. It got my records clean. They told me it would be loud but I wasn’t prepared for just how loud. The motor to turn the records is loud and constant when on, the buttons on the cleaner each have a dramatically loud beep when you press them which I wish they didn’t, but both of those are not as loud as the ultra sonic cleaning which is really really loud, I wore earplugs during use and I woke up today with my ears ringing, definitely need to have it in another room or you could ruin your hearing over time and will not be able to hear the records you are cleaning 😆 it functions well, I’m glad I have it, I have to find the best time, place and system to use it efficiently, because with how long it takes and at that volume I may not continue using it so that I can protect my ears.

Great Ultra-Sonic Cleaner For The Price
I'm very pleased with my purchase and have no complaints. I recently inherited a Victrola wind up phonograph and several old records with it that hadn't been cleaned in decades. The Vevor worked flawlessly in getting them clean, along with several albums that I've had since I was a teen. Several people complained about it being noisy. That's just the nature of an ultra-sonic cleaner. Turn the music up a little louder and you won't notice it.

Best addition for vinyl thrifters/gifters
Absolutely the best money I've ever spent towards my vinyl collection. Wanna buy that record at the thrift store, but you're afraid it wont play well? Can't tell if it's covered in scratches or just surface dust? This. This is your solution. (And a bottle of isonic #CSVR02) It thoroughly cleaned all my vinyl and even my shellac, I cannot recommend this enough. Another homerun for VEVOR, solid construction, compact, and incredibly easy to clean and dump water once fully setup. The only real CON here is the volume of the machine, the variable in decibels is teeth grinding at best, but thats the price you pay for a brand new looking record from the 50's

If you are using this for vinyl records you should probably read this..
I really struggled with whether to rate this two stars or three and if I should return it or keep it. I've decided to rate it three stars and to send it back. Within this review, I'm going to give the bad, and then the good. First off, this machine will only clean 12" vinyl. When I bought my unit, it said it cleans 7" (and presumably 10" too). It does neither. You cannot get the water level high enough to clean those sizes. Furthermore, to clean 12" records you need to fill the water higher than what is recommended in the manual - that is if you want to clean the inside tracks. The discard hose on my unit leaks. I could fix this problem with some threading compound but alas. Also, I swear my unit has gotten louder. I could probably live with all of these issues if it wasn't for the final problem, which I'll get to in a moment. This is the first ultrasonic cleaner I've used so this is only specific to this product. Okay, all of that said, if you have a collection of popular commercial releases this is probably a decent product for you. But if you collect rare and unique presses, this product might cause problems. I have found for labels that might be off centered, uneven, raised, or stickered the water will likely find its way to the protective device. And it could cause damage. Multiple record labels were damaged for me, this includes visible water stains and bumpiness to what was once a smooth label. This also means that price tags were destroyed. Probably not an issue for many, but I like that provenance to stay attached to my records. Again, if you have common commercial releases, this might not be a problem for you. But I have a wide range of materials from many different plants and pressings, so for me, this was an unacceptable problem. I will also say this, I am an archivist by training and profession. I would not trust this product within my archives. All of that aside, the product does a decent job of cleaning. And it's a clever piece of reverse engineering. But to summarize, it doesn't clean anything but 12" and it may damage labels that aren't particularly standardized.

I dischi tornano nuovi e sono assolutamente silenziosi all'ascolto.
