Chocolate came melted
I am a baker and use chocolate a lot for my chocolate covered Oreos, strawberries, pretzels, etc. it melts beautifully and tastes amazing! I’ve even caught my 22yo son sneaking a few here and there. He said they are so addictive. The only issue I have with this delivery is that a lot of the chocolate came melted

Great quality would buy again
This chocolate was excellent melting chocolate unfortunately I didn’t order enough and had to get a lower quality local stores and you can really see a difference in the taste and quality of items I was dipping

Good choice
Used in a chocolate melter/fondue pot. Melted down well, good quality and very tasty. Used for chocolate covered fruit.

Inferior, Overpriced product
I had originally bought this brand of the chocolate color wafers because the brand I was using was inferior. It melted into clumps, besides which my grandkids asked me to please not make any more lollipops because they tasted bad. So I found Merckens here. The chocolate colored wafers were just delicious and melted well. So I bought this brand in white for Halloween assuming the results would be the same. WOW, was I in for a surprise! I had to use so many Ez candy wafers to thin out the clumps of this chocolate because it wouldn’t thin out otherwise….just like I had to do with the inferior brand that costs 2/3 times less. And it was still not smooth! Lesson learned!! I will only buy this brand in the brown chocolate color…..maybe! Shame on this company for producing such a an inferior, overpriced product! I will keep on researching!!

Delicious
Taste great. Worked great. Does take a little longer to hardened. Also don't over heat to melt cuz it will dry out.
