No more dairy!!!
Trying hard to get over cheese. Cow milk is for cows not humans. We are the Only mammals that drink milk after being weaned? Think about that! Milk has oxytocin which binds to endorphin receptors- mother and child bonding, nurturing, calm, content feeling. THATS WHAT GOT US HOOKED!! GAS BLOATING. CAN'T DIGEST WHATS MEANT FOR A, WHAT? 7-800 LB ANIMAL, WHO PRODUCES YEAR ROUND? UNNATURAL!! This cheeses is processed but a good tasty alternative. Cashew cheese is my goal!

Surprising
My partner literally didn't notice that the cream cheese wasn't regular cream cheese. I cannot detect a difference myself either besides maybe that there's no crunchy residue around the packaging after opening in other words it stays fresh without any unpleasant side effects. I highly recommend this for those who want to avoid Dairy or for households where only some members have to avoid Dairy- as no other household members will even notice the difference.

Hard to do: I was actually impressed!
Pretty darn amazing! Works great for baking and my daughter, who is allergic to casein, really likes it for her bagels, etc. I've even used it when making lasagna and end product was quite good - not like ricotta or mozzarella good, but good enough to take to a potluck where it was enjoyed by all (didn't disclose the lasagna was "dairy free").

This is a great vegan cheese. I have a friend who's cow milk intolerant so we got this cheese for our bagels. The taste was pretty good, very similar to the cow cheese, the look was a bit shiny but the looks and texture was very similar to a cows cream cheese without the discomfort
