I have been using this for some time now. Very happy with it. It comes with 2 straps that are not attached. The description was unclear if straps are included or not. Effective, thick, easy to use. Value for money

Saves your shoulder!
About 3cm thick foam material , saves you from destroying your muscles in the shoulder and trapezius region , helps in equidistribution of the force too I.e. your form is improved as the tilt on either side is reduced ... If you got a barbell then you must buy this..and your shoulders would thank you a Quintal (No joke !) Still despite the utility: the branding etc. makes for absurd pricing ,you could also tear up your old mattress or use reusable foam for less than half of the price ...
