They are not perforated
Other than not being perforated they are as described, perfectly good quality. I didn't care about the perfs so not a problem for me.

Overall good for what we needed
Got these thru Amazon used like new deal. Overall these are okay. They are thin and have a smooth surface. If you were doing this in the main areas of the home I would look for something thicker and with a ruff finish. Not bad just not for living areas.
