Most calcium tablets include high doses of vitamin D. These have none. A recent blood test showed my level of D was toxic, so I will be buying these from now on. They are also well-tolerated by my digestive system.

For years I tried to find a calcium supplement that didn’t make me incapacitated by nausea. Whole Foods told me it was a common complaint, then sold me a granulated product that I was promised would not cause that reaction. Well, it did. A friend told me about this product. The only reason I tried it was that she said if it made me nauseous, she buy it from me cause it t’ain’t cheap! I have no problems whatsoever taking this product! I was truly surprised! Also, I was concerned about the capsule size, but I have no trouble swallowing it. It’s one inch long, but it’s not thick. All in all. I’m quite pleased!

I take a proton pump inhibitor, and there are many types of calcium that cannot be absorbed if you take these types of drugs. (Nexium, Prilosec, etc.). After doing much research, I believe this calcium can easily be absorbed. There are some others like calcium citrate and lactose which are absorbed also, but stomach irritation and multiple pills were drawbacks for me. I take one capsule with each meal, and the only negative would be the cost. That is not the fault of the capsule, only the seller? :). 5 stars for the product.

I am happy with the overall product, but was disappointed recently (after taking the capsules for a few weeks) to discover that about a half dozen of them were broken, with the loose powder laying at the bottom of the bottle. The manufacturer needs to address this problem somehow.

Food sourced, not synthetic or mineralized. Absorbed well and safe. Give your body the best when you need a little extra! As a Registered Nurse, I researched many, and have for me, found this a quality supplement of a Calcium based food source.

I bought this product because of the capsules capability of breaking part to add to water. Once the capsules are broken apart they are like drinking sandy water. It will not dissolve. Makes me wonder if it ever dissolves and absorbes into your system🤔 I tried hot water, sitting overnight etc. I wish I could return this supplement. Do not buy!

When tested to see if this is compatible using bioresonance this showed it was excellent for me and no good at all for my husband. This is the problem with supplements.. they're not good for everyone! How to know if you don't go to someone who has a machine to test ..?

This supplement provides calcium from seaweed. The dose in each capsule (250mg) enables you to spread calcium supplementation throughout the day , which is easier for the body to absorb. The one negative is that the contents of the odd capsule has come out and ended up loose in the bottle.
