If you are a mechanic or enthusiast then get a set you won't feel let down. I've been using them for other uses and they do their jobs really well.Each tool is well made and sturdy, the clip remover is a godsend and the pearl catcher a real helper, especially having quite a bright light built in.The handles are comfortable to use and basically I'm quite impressed at this price point, solid tools at a good price.

I've lost the number of times I have struggled when working on cars, mainly with the lack of using the correct tools and then still getting it wrong, or causing damage.I really wish I had of know that these kind of tools were available as it would have made my life so much easier, but I suppose that's what you get for working on your own car with a car manual than taking it to a garage.Anyhow these tools are very strong, good materials and well built. Good grip handle too.I like the telescopic tool with the torch facility so that you can see where you've dropped the 10mm or bolt and are able to pick this up with the magnetic element of the torch.The one thing I wasn't too please with was that the tool bag it comes in. It's a little cheap and when you roll it up, it's a little lop-sided as all the bulky handles are on one side whilst the thin ends are on the other. They could have designed this so that they would sit in an alternate position, thus could have evened it out, or maybe have this all in a nice hard case.Currently costing £21.99 with a 10% voucher, its decently priced, but you may be able to find alternatives that may be in a case for similar prices.

This pick and hook set arrived in their own tool roll inside a zip lock bag.The tool roll is sturdy and made of tough ‘Oxford’ fabric.The shafts are well fixed into the plastic handles. Four long and four shorter picks are included along with a telescopic magnetic pick-up tool (with LED light), a scraper and a car trim removal tool.These are incredibly useful! I do all my own work on our cars and my classic motorbike and this set has already come in handy on several occasions.They are very good for removing seals (particularly in brake cylinders) but they are useful for a multitude of tasks in the garage and around the house and garden.These are really useful tools and a must for any DIY mechanic. They’re strong and well made with a good reach. At £21.99 for the whole set they’re pretty good value so they get 5 stars.

Firstly these are way better than i expected given the number that you get in the kit.These will be seeing some use on the various bike and scooters that i tinker with, and they feel well up to the job.The metal isnt soft and seems quite strong, i couldnt get it too bend, ok you aint going to be hanging off it, but nice to know your not going to bend the tips over on the first seal.Pokey thing is pokey, magnetic thing is magnetic( and works on bolts) and the scraper is scrapey ,The handles are of that softer rubber coating which is nice perfect for occasional use tools and better grip with oiley hands and feels right, not too small like some cheap tools can be.Now the bit that surprised me most. the tool roll, its not cheap plastic vinyl, its actual woven oxford style fabric quite heavy duty and will take a fair amount of abuse,The downside.. the elastic that is used to secure everything is not the best. and i suspect wont last longBut for the money its well worth chucking in the tool box for when you need it

If you are looking at this, you already know what they are and what you need them for so.... They are a relatively cheap set which actually for the money seem pretty strong and should last as long as you aren't too heavy handed. The tool roll is a great touch and makes storage that much easier, although I can already start to see the elastic start to give way.

These picks are so handy!They are so useful when working on machinery to poke and prod things, or remove covers. stops me bashing my hands up getting them into tight spaces!The scraper is also very handy to scrape things clean, more helpful than i expectedAll of the tools are well made and handles firmly attached. I apreciate the roll up holder for all the picks and pokers to keep them organised in one place, also stops you from getting jabbed when they are loose and you reach for one!The only thing i would say is that the bag could do with being a bit larger, as the magnetic pick up tool, and trim removed tool don't really fit in the bag, i have removed them and keep them elsewhere having just the picks in the roll and it is a much better fit
