I am using this battery with 40A escs, I want to install an inline breaker - what breaker amperage would be appropriate for this battery?

Not really sure why you would be using a 100C battery with 40 amp escs, the 100C is the max discharge rate which basically is amperage. You would be better suited to use a lower c rated battery with same voltage. Any inline fuse or breaker would blow if you tried to get it down to acceptable amps for the escs you are using.

does it fit in the kraton & outcast?

Yes, it fits perfectly in my Kraton V4. Great battery.

can you charge this battery with the Traxxas charger?

Not without a Traxxas Adapter, they come with a Ec5 plug on the end. But if you have a traxxas Adapter and the Bluetooth device you can go in and set the parameters for the battery and charge it, but you will need the aforementioned pieces to do so.

It will work in 6s but it’s a tight fit, not sure about the 3s
