Easy to take, high potency vitamin d3 + k2 mk7! I have taken vitamin d3 etc in this combo in the past, and it really seemed to help me with overall mood. I forgot to order them again (hello subscribe and save:), and I began to feel that sinking, unmotivated, kinda blah - no spark. I finally put it together that I hadn’t been doing my d3’s! I ordered these less 30 days ago, so I’m still not all the way “back,” but I definitely feel a difference since I began again. YES I recommend, and this is a great value.

I have not experienced any side effects! For my dosage I take one with my breakfast every morning. The pill size is very manageable as well as the texture. Which is great because I’m a texture person! The ingredients work well it keeps me alert throughout the day.
