AUTO-VOXAdd-on Wireless Backup Camera for Car/Truck, IR Night Vision Rear View Camera

I bought the W10 to place on the back of my trailer. I was concerned that the camera wifi signal may not be strong enough to make it to the display in my vehicle. The distance from the camera to the display is about 40 feet, the maximum recommended distance. Anyway, the connectivity is quite good at 40 feet. I am guessing one could go even further. One recommendation for Auto-Vox is to add a signal strength meter to the display. It would be nice to know if I am right on edge of losing the signal or if I am getting a good strong signal. This appears to be a good product. Happy so far!

Mounted one camera on the back of my trailer and one on the back of my truck. Had to add a booster antennae on the trailer to get a clear, constant monitor image. InNo Both had been installed past the warranty. The trailer camera still works perfectly, but the truck camera got moisture inside it and the image was a mottled blue color. So I ordered a new one. Before disposing of the defective one, I took it all apart(scary), cleaned it with Q-tips, dried for 24 hours, re-assembled and it again works perfect. I'll keep this new one for a spare.The camera/monitor system is a great safety addition while towing, backing up, hitching the trailer. I like it.

The first camera that I received didn't work. AUTO-VOX customer service representative Kaya sent me a replacement camera and I was able to get this one to work. Great customer service.It has very good picture quality.

I have a truck I have trouble backing up and this definitely helps me out. My mechanic told me it was simple to install. Easy to see, clear photos and also easy for me to use. Good night vision. Craftsmanship is tough and I like the overall quality. Very smart and helpful technology.

Picture quality is good, most times you'll have to fittle with the settings to get it just right (especially if your driving from dawn to dusk). The monitor does give the option for multiple camera to be connected, 5 to exact, but so far no luck with connecting other cameras. It also has guiding lines to help back in but accuracy is completely dependent on where the camera is place due to distortion.

First off, I LOVE this camera, it allows me to see my trailer load anytime. It was easy to install and to pair. However, this is NOT a stand alone unit... You have to buy their other main unit for this to work at all.... it's a bit pricey but I think if you need this, it's worth it. Now I have 2 camera's to see my load with....

I got this to put on the back of various campers and trailers when I tow large vehicles for my business. It works well and is easy to use

Installed on rear of travel trailer ( 19 ft.). Excellent picture up to 85 KMH. Over 85 picture gets jitters and over 90 complete picture loss. Lower speed below 85 and excellent picture returns
