Helps boost energy, but the taste could be better
I’ve been using this iron supplement for a while, and it definitely helps improve my energy levels and reduces tiredness. It’s gentle on the stomach and easy to take, but the taste isn’t the best. Still, it’s effective and does what it promises, so I’d recommend it if you need extra iron support.

This is not usable they sent me one order it’s very watery this is not how liquid iron is it’s all fizz and bubbling I was not able to contact them directly and they sent out another order which I need to cancel but do not recommend this at all I’ve had this liquid I am before and it should not be bubbling the way it is and it’s literally like water there’s no thickness to this whatsoever
