This product actually has 88.5 mg of Saffron- though on this website it's not clearly stated anywhere that I could see. It is printed on the back of the label.

Opposite reaction
Caused me anxiety, but I do react weirdly to supplements sometimes, so it could just be me. That said I don’t have anxiety or depression to begin with, I was just hoping it would lift my mood a little more.
