Excellent machine, especially for beginners, and a great value. I've been using mine every day for a few months and it's my new best friend. It's ready to brew a few seconds after you turn it on, and it pulls excellent tasting espresso. The steam wand works well too. I've had a great time learning how to customize my shots. I would highly recommend you also purchase a good grinder, bottomless portafilter, and scale.

This replaced my Delonghi coffee which finally broke. I was a bit reluctant to spend a lot of money on a replacement so I decided to go with this one. So glad I did as it makes great coffee . You get a crema when using it and you can adjust the temperature and volume. It also includes both single walk and dual wall filters. Easy to use and doesn’t leak

The media could not be loaded. This machine pulls fantastic shots of espresso and I love the flexibility of the shot temperature. It really changes how your espresso comes out. Steam wand is very powerful and can spin a jug of milk easily and produces great micro foam. Very happy with this and it also looks great. Lots of features you don’t normally find on a machine in this price range. Very easy to clean and fill with water. Get their naked portafilter to go with it, you’ll be happy you did. It works as great as it looks!

Finally a solid espresso machine for a good price. Took some time getting used to since it was different than the one it replaced. 100% satisfied.

Great value, well constructed. Sleek design, easy and straight forward operation. They could clarify instructions on how to change expresso volume and change of water temperature. I would recommend.

I am not a big coffee espresso lover to start with, but I needed to add some variability to my routine of indian tea, and hot dark chocolate drinks, so I wanted to try to make some espresso drinksafter review of the available machines, as I didnt want to spend quite a bit on a machine which I might use once/ week, I decided to go with the machineit was a quick buy and delivery was prompt.luckily I didnt have any surprises with missing pieces or malfunctioning pieces. I was able to set the machine up, and after watching few videos on its various functions, I was able to make my first macchiato cup of coffee , following the instructions.I also used the steamer, which was tricky for someone who didnt use any machine like this before, but finally I was able to steam the milk just exactly like how it is done in the cafes with the foam which not only filled the cup of coffee but part of my kitchen counter ! :) I was glad I was able to get the milk to be steamed and frothy much like what we buy from the cafe, which is neat !I have been using the machine for over 2 months now, and I am able to make the drinks that I wanted , without having to drive to get in line to ask for the same drink in cafes..which is a huge plus for me !!I do believe the machine is very good to excellent, and it was the first machine I have tried to make such drinks, but I would say I am pleased with my purchase.the machine size is right, and so is the weight, and able to handle quite bit of volume of water to make several cups pf coffee, and I am satisfied with the purchase

Exceeded my expectations! Build quality is very good, owner's manual is very helpful, produces excellent milk microfoam and espresso cremera. Rear mounted tank easy to handle. Display is bright with good contrast. Good capacity water tank and drainage tray don't require constant attention. Really love this machine!
