It works
I struggle falling asleep and avoid heavy sleep medications. In the past, I also avoided melatonins because it gives me brain fog. I guess I am so desperate that I decided to give Melatonins a try again. Well boy am I glad!! First night of taking 10x (I took two pills), it really helped me fall asleep. The same for the other nights. It doesn’t make me sleep for a long time, like i don’t reach a good 7-8 hours but it surely helps me fall asleep which is my main problem anyway. I just hope I don’t build a tolerance to this!! Glad I have this a try x

Favorite for sleep
Love these this was my 3rd bottle! No smell, easy to swallow, zero taste and a good size, definitely recommend this over melatonin!

Great compound, but ineffective.
Let me begin by saying I have yet to come across a sleep supplement that works for me. I have researched and tried so many supplements and their components, that it is obvious to me that this is a well considered blend of well known components for the purpose. I appreciate the dosage calculations that assume a synergy is present between the three active ingredients. The dosages seem a little low compared to what I am accustomed to taking, but I had never tried a blend of magnesium with theanine and melatonin. Unfortunately, this product did not work for me, but again, no surprise. I hope some day I find one that works for me, but this one is not it.
