While out where the women in my family will take my bottle 1/2 used, 3/4 used, whatever... so I have to keep repurchasing which i dont mind. & I have 3 bottlrs 9 On my shelf now.... NOW....ONTO MY REVIEW!!! From the very first spray, Athena feels like a soft yet confident embrace. It opens with a beautifully fresh, herbal brightness thanks to notes like thyme & yerba mate that immediately gives way to a gentle floral heart. The jasmine & rose feel elegant, not overpowering, & they blend seamlessly into the rich, creamy base of vanilla, amber, & musk. If you're familiar with Burberry Goddess, you'll instantly recognize the resemblance, but Athena stands confidently on her own. It's slightly smoother, less sharp in the opening, & the dry-down is absolutely divine. Warm, soft, & inviting with a touch of sophistication. What I love most is its versatility you can wear this to work, on a date, or just running errands & still feel feminine & put-together. It’s not loud or aggressive, but it leaves a lasting impression. I consistently get compliments when I wear it! For the price point, Athena is a hidden gem. The bottle feels luxe, the scent performs beautifully for 6–8 hours, & the vibe it gives is effortlessly classy. Lawd have mercy! Folks, if you do not get your hands on this fragrance as soon as possible....😮‍💨🙌🏾 I was a bit hesitant on getting this fragrance for rather superficial reasons I must say. "Why" you may ask? Because I thought the design of the bottle itself seemed a bit dated back to the 90's. That isn't a reason obviously to reject purchasing a fragrance, so I put it in my wishlist to purchase at a later time and honestly, I wish I would have purchased it MUCH sooner. ATHENA is a banger ya'll. It is a m-u-s-t have in your collection. It is sweet, sensual, feminine, and lasts longer than marriages in Hollywood. The sillage is fantastic and it is what will make heads turn. It is potent and sophisticated without being reduced to a specific decade of fragrances. This is a fragrance you will be complimented on because it makes such a soft yet bold statement. To me, fragrances are meant to be worn whenever you want. Anytime. But if I could give you an event that pops into mind when I think of wearing this fragrance, think the Golden Globes or Academy Awards. Think wearing the most luxurious tailor made outfit that must be paired with a fragrance that meets that standard. That's fragrance would be ATHENA. I feel like a super star every time I wear this amd as you can see, I have definitely been wearing it regularly. This fragrance does not fade from my clothes until I wash that item. This scent lingers on my skin and hair for many hours. It was packaged well and arrived on time. Out of the many fragrances I own, this will be one that I will purchase again as soon as it runs out. You need to GET THIS. NOW. 🙌🏾

… because I’ve known of people to do a hard pass on most Arabic perfumes listed due to the alcohol in a lot of them being very over-powering, but do not let where it’s made deter you here. Give it a chance if you’re genuinely interested, because I am glad that I took the dive after reading the reviews as this is a lovely perfume. I personally don’t think it smells “cheap” despite its price or heavy with alcohol despite where it’s made, and I’m not shy to complain about such with most. I don’t feel either describes Athena. As soon as I received my package, I opened it and gave it a test spray. I really do like it a lot. When my husband can say “Oh? You smell good.” then I’ve done well as he will also outright tell me when something is just too strong lol. No leaks on my end with anything. Box was solid and sturdy to prevent the bottle from bouncing around. It’s not a fancily designed bottle or anything like some of the elaborate ones we’ve all seen from big brands with beautiful unique shapes and details, so what you see is what you get, but it’s very simple and elegant to remind you that it doesn’t have to make up for anything with its packaging as the scent does all the work. Reminds me of the perfume bottles my mom used to have from the 80s on her nightstand when growing up. You get a lot for the price, though. 3.4 fl oz. It should last you quite a while because just 1-2 spritz of this in the right spots will be plenty. You don’t need to spray a whole lot over the body and clothing like some others where the scent disappears 10 minutes later. Athena’s is noticeable for all the right reasons, and it’s been about 5 hours since the first spritz and I still smell it. For me, that’s not bad. Now, know that I am not good with describing notes as I am nowhere near being a perfume connoisseur like those who have the talent to pinpoint them all with just one sniff lol, I just like to smell good for a woman in her late 30s without paying over a hundred bucks or more to do it. I don’t even buy perfumes often. I usually do samples and then maybe pick a cheaper option from those lol, but I wanted to treat myself here and was drawn by the comparisons to Burberry Goddess. Why pay more when I may possibly have a dupe right here? I am not disappointed. Because I will agree with others that it’s similar to it. I had received a very small sample of back in 2024, which went quick as I loved it, so I do not have it anymore to outright do a 1:1 comparison. There’s just whiffs of that similarity that I can catch if that makes sense (isn’t the mind wild with how we can remember smells? I still have Britney’s Fantasy perfume forever locked in my head 20 years later lol) It was either this one (Athena) or the other option (Delilah) from this maker, both with really good reviews. I went with Athena because I wanted something I could wear for any occasion without being too much. I wanted something mature, but warm and playful. Something that announces “yes, that’s me…” without “sorry, I smell like old powdered perfume from the 50s and it’s burning your nostrils” trailing behind my arrival, y’know? I may give the Delilah one a try in the future, but for now, I am going to stick with this one to see if it passes the “I can wear it for months and never get tired of it” test next.

It’s a nice fragrance, the dry-down is a beautiful soft feminine scent. Longevity? I had to re-apply once during an 8 hour shift. It also went on a bit oily. I’d have to use this bottle up a bit then decide if I’m gonna re-order.

At first sniff, this immediately reminded me of a Burberry scent I have but with way more projection! It's feminine and classy and smells way more expensive than the cost. It's a warm scent that you can get away with wearing in any season. I'm usually not too good with blind buys, but this one... It's soo good. 9 hr wear.

I just got this a couple days ago and it is INCREDIBLE. Firstly, the bottle is beautiful and feels super luxurious. The mister is well made and everything fits together perfectly. As for the scent itself it is SO LONG LASTING AND FLORAL. This is definitely pretty lavender/ white floral forward but if you like those you will LOVE this perfume. The longevity is also insane, I wore it to sleep on skin and on my clothes and when I woke up I could still smell it. I like to layer it with finery’s Athena body mist and Athena clubs golden vanilla and I get compliments every day. It’s my signature scent. Not to mention it’s a 20 dollar perfume with better longevity that the real Burberry goddess…this is incredible. Highly recommend

Oh my goodness!!! I own over 90 ME perfumes, and if I had to give them away I would definitely keep this one on my top 5 list!!! Amazing!!best dupe for Burberry Goddess ever!!! I would even say wayyyy better than the OG!!! I also own Angham by Lattafa and let me tell you that this perfume out performs her by far!!!! I love Athena!!! Best blind buy so far!!! ❤️🙏

This is a very nice perfume. The notes are well blended, and it’s a beautiful fruity floral from the very first spray. Unfortunately, it totally disappears within two hours. I don’t mind reapplying because of the good price, but I won’t buy it again.
