Great taste and keeps me hydrated!
I've been really happy with the Xtend Sport BCAA Powder Strawberry Kiwi. The flavor is great - not too sweet and very refreshing. I usually use less than half a scoop, and it's still flavorful enough for me. I haven't had any issues with clumps, it dissolves nicely in water with a good shake. It helps me stay hydrated throughout the day, especially during workouts and while I'm at work. I've been using it regularly and havent noticed any side effects. I like it so much that I bought one container to keep at home and another for work so I always have it on hand. Overall it's a great-tasting drink that works really well for my needs and I'd definitely recommend it!

Energy level recovery Time size
I take it before my volleyball game or work out. Mixing with water is easy. Taste pretty good. Might be little too sweet for me. Highly recommended

Good taste.
I take this before every workout in the summer. It helps me to stay hydrated. The flavor is good. It can be a bit clumpy but I just stir it more. Good results and it really helps me to run longer distances and stay hydrated

My Go To
Yes. Been using for a while. I’m a part of an extreme bootcamp and I take this before I workout. It’s awesome. It works. And depending on how crazy my bootcamp is, I may also take it after the bootcamp.

It is SOOOO sweet. Even with 16oz of water it’s soooo sweet. Probably won’t buy again.
