Edit: I am changing my review to 5stars for the actual company. They were very understanding and went above and beyond to assist me with my issues.We will be buying a solid steel pipe/pole - the pole is the problem and will set it back upI’m still giving it 2 stars for the product for how easy it was to put together, however the pole is very flimsy and wobbles at each connecting point with the screws tightened as tight as they will go, so if you’re okay with a wobbly tethered ball game then this product is for you.

This product is not worth the money, I put it up and had 2 games before it just started to wobble and the stakes bent and broke

The pole is very flimsy & if you hit it too hard it will just come right up out of the ground. Maybe for younger kids who won't hit it so hard & will use less of the height attachments because they're shorter, it should work just fine for them. But I have 3 teens & this was not worth the buy for them.

I got the taller one, and it was defective. The top section they’d forgotten to drill the screw holes, so I couldn’t use it (was just a metal tube).This worked out, as it was plenty tall without that last bar. It seemed quite nice at first, but as the dirt slightly loosened from use, and bolts/nuts fell out (the locking nuts don’t really hold), it became very wobbly. If I had added a washer and lock washer, it may have held better. After about 2 months the it became difficult to use from the looseness. The ball would move a bit erratically. I was about to return it, however my dog decided that if the humans like it, dogs could too. Dog went out and started using it with her nose and biting it. Due to that it is now a dog toy. Some bit marks, but the ball is still inflated, though weathered and faded. This is after being outside for 3 months. Dog still plays with it, humans occasionally do, but not often.

Cheap - doesn't last. Pole broke at base 2 months after installation PROPERLY ACCORDING TO THEIR INSTRUCTIONS and using it only a couple of times a week. First ball lasted 4 days, replaced, new ball lasted a week. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Product is well made & easy to assemble. I bought it for my 65-70 lb dog. He’s about 1-2 yrs old & is a chewer. My ground is wet so I didn’t think it would hold up as well as it did but even though slightly leaning it remains in the ground. Mike loved playing with it but managed to chew the rope into allowing him to just play with the ball. Other than my dog, I think this is a well made set at a reasonable price. Now to figure out how to outsmart him!
