Excellent
Inexpensive but are now my go to kitchen knives. They sharpen up nicely and keep the edge. Just a few strokes when needed and they are plenty sharp. *Note: I've read about some problems with rusting. As with any knife, don't let them sit around wet, or stay in water, or sit in the dishwasher. If you dry them after cleaning they will be just fine. If not, yes, they will get rust spots but so will any non-stainless steel knife that is meant to be sharpened.

Love these knives, need special care
I Love the feel of these!! The weight, the sharpness of the slice. But these will rust overnight if you don’t wash and dry them immediately!
