DeWalt is one of the greatest brands I have ever used, it's worth it for it's price, and remember you get what you paid for. The tools are very high quality. It might be pricy BUT, compare to the other drill I have, DeWalt is 10 times more better and efficient.

I own the old 18 volt DeWalt drills with the inverter to run the 20 volt batteries. The ones I have purchased now have a great deal more torque that of course you can find tune to suit the application. Great product. DeWalt is my battery powered tool choice for a reason. Reliable and easy to run.

We love using these for drill brushing carpets and upholstery for our mobile detailing business. When you are using a tool every single day for a year and it continues to turn on and on and on you can't help but appreciate. I just bought a new kit and are making last year's our backups. This year the design seems sharper and the ability to reverse the drill reliably is a bonus. The dinky 2ah batteries make for decent backups to our beefy 5ah batteries. I get DeWalt when I need the peace of mind it's going to work when I need it to. Hopefully we get 5 years per but at this price point we can afford every year and just gift away our used ones to a charity like habitat for humanity.

I've had the cordless drill and impact driver going on five years and they both are powerful tools. I used these when building my privacy fence and for hanging an 80lbs heavy bag. The power of that impact driver is incredible. The regular drill is powerful in itself, but the impact driver will get what the regular drill couldn't drill through. The charge of the batteries last a long time as well. Depending on how often you use it, they will keep a pretty strong charge for the next job. I'll charge mine after several uses, meaning days or weeks, rather than wait until I notice the power level diminishing. The two chargers come in very handy. When one goes down, if and when, just swap the charged one and put the used one back on charge. Very good grip on the handle and both are not too heavy. This was a good investment for me. I really enjoy the durability of Dewalt made products. I'm sticking with the brand.
