Dansko Women's Loralie Mary Jane Flat

I would give these shoes 5 more stars if I could!So let me say first of all, I'm a big girl. Short and stout and complicated joints that hate all shoes (hip replacement one has already happened and hip replacement two is not far off.) I long for summers when my ugly sandals can let me by true self. I'm certainly not a heels or pumps kinda gal. When dress shoes are required, they've been flats since I was 10 years old, short legs be damned. The few times I'd bought heels that I thought I could tolerate I slid forward in them or had them off in an hour. event be damned. But my brother recently got married and I had the privilege and honor to perform this ceremony standing in front of 6' of him and nearly that of his bride. I knew I was going to have to suck it up for at least an hour. So this time I came prepared. Let's talk specifics.Comfort: I bought these Danksin Loralie wedges and spent about 30 bucks on a set of orthotic insoles by Abeo. I will never be able to give a dress shoe a better review. I wore these shoes from 4:00pm-12:30 AM and could've kept going. They fit exactly as sized and I had no unsteadiness or sliding forward into the toe. The leather uppers felt comfortable and soft enough. I can't speak to the cushion in the step because the orthotics made all the difference in the world in where my arches needed support. But they come standard with a great neutral insole that I wouldn't be scared to wear all the time if I had to..but 9 hours? Come on.Style: I got these in red and it's the most gorgeous color. Burnished and darker in some spots and the leather is beautiful. I was skeptical about the strap across the top being unflattering as Mary Jane's can make my feet look like sausages, these were super cute. I love the thin strap and little metal buckle. The wedge style and shape was much more flattering than I thought it would be.Quality: As I said, this leather is gorgeous. Super high quality. The removable insoles are nice because you can see how well the shoe is made down to the bottom. Sturdy heel.I'll be buying these in other colors as soon as I can afford to do so though they were not that expensive and worth every penny. But a girl only needs so many pairs of shoes.Can't say enough.

I’m giving these shoes 5 stars because they are beautiful and fit great, but I hated the strap so badly that I’ve had to go to a different design Dansko shoe. The strap was hard for me to buckle, especially when I was in a hurry getting dressed (which is always for me). That being said, the strap might not be a problem for others. I wear Dansko shoes because of the great quality, and this shoe is no exception. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and gives you plenty of support.

It is like walking on clouds!Okay a bit dramatic but these are truly so comfortable. I wore these shoes to work the day after I bought them and my feet felt great all day. I did not need to break them in at all. I thought that with the back being fairly high, they may rub on my heel but they did not. They also have a padded cushion in the back of the heal area.I don't love the strap across the top of the shoe but my pants cover it and the shoes are so comfy that I really don't care about the strap.My main reason for buying these, was for a trade show where I had 3 days of standing at a booth for 12 + hours a day. I was so glad that I purchased these, as they saved my feet. The arch support is the perfect height for me (I am very flat footed). A few years back I had physiotherapy on my knee and the therapist recommended I wear danskos but I do not love the clog style. These are flattering, dressy and supportive. Wearing these not only saved my feet but also helps my knee by keeping my foot in the correct position when I walk.

I LOVE this shoe for so many reasons!! I have had a lot of hip/leg/ankle injuries the last few years and, as a result, the arch of my injured leg has fallen and I have a difficult time finding comfortable shoes that are also cute!These shoes are everything!! They have built in arch support, the padding is perfect, the shoe is built where I am stable while walking and my ankle doesn’t wobble AND they are SO cute!! I have received so many compliments on them this week! And my feet/hips don’t hurt at all after I get off work while wearing these!This is my first pair of Dansko shoes. My sister is an educator and had told me how comfortable they are. I am definitely a convert & will be buying a few more pairs in more colors!!

I love Dansko. They are my favorite brand. I need to replace my Lulu's :( very sad because those are the BEST.I figured I'd try these. They are not the same but they are decent. The moss color definitely has a green tone. I was hoping for a more black color, but they were way cheaper in moss. Overall I recommend if looking for a classic comfy Dansko fit! I prefer Velcro because easy on off especially with little kids (and one in baby carrier). These are hard to get on off due to small buckle. Overall good shoe. Cute too!

I never write reviews. I just don’t. But these shoes shocked me out of the box & I wanted to tell everyone. First of all, I have fallen arches-thus flat feet, and the worst case of plantar fasciitis ever. I spend my life on my feet & have literally tried every brand of shoes available in every price point! Most nights I can barely walk from my car to the front door bacause my hips and back are locked up from pain.I ordered these gems in red & black, but didn’t have high hopes. They arrived at 11am-right before I was to leave for a day at the hospital and appointments. I put them on & my initial feeling was these feel good-and not hard, like most Dansko’s feel. The size was spot on, the arch supportive & I only felt a tinge of a pinch near my toe. I put on some knee highs and that problem was solved. I walked all over the hospital with no pain in my hips, back or feet! 5 hours later, I am actually energized and have 3 more hours to go. No blisters, no stretching and oh, did I mention that they are pretty? I’m now ordering the third color. Thank you Dansko!!!
