Dear Amazon Team, I am extremely frustrated with the TV I purchased (order placed on 30th,March 2025. The product was delivered on March 2nd, 2025, and after barely one movie on March 3rd, the TV malfunctioned on March 4th, 2025. The screen went blurry and displayed a blue screen, rendering the TV completely useless. This is unacceptable. A product should not fail within two days of use, and this is an utter disappointment. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, I was told a technician could not attend to the issue until March 5th or March 6th—which is beyond frustrating. I did not spend my money for such poor quality, and I certainly did not expect to wait days for a resolution. I demand that this issue be addressed immediately. I expect either an urgent replacement or prompt action to fix the TV, without the delays you've suggested. This is not acceptable, and I expect better service from Amazon. I expect a swift response and immediate action on this.
