Great stuff - our 12ft above ground pool had turned thoroughly green by late spring. It took the full 5l which I added in two halves over a couple of weeks, but it killed everything in the water and it's almost completely clear now.

Great value product for hot tubs, et cetera
Good bulk purchase of Algaecide to use in my HOT TUBS should last at least 6 months or more ! also use some in my pressure washer from my driveway. Great results will be buying more of this product in bulk to make a good £ saving

I bought this product for my pool based on the many 5 star reviews it has. My pool had developed algae growth over winter despite a winterizer being used. I chlorine shocked the pool and added the recommended dose of this the following day. The algae came back with a vengeance so there was no way this product stopped it. I've had to resort to further chlorine shocks. Sadly I cannot recommend this product, not sure why it has so many 5 star reviews. Maybe customer's pools remained algae free because of their other hygiene products rather than a direct result of this product per se.

Doesn’t Work – Waste of Money
I followed the instructions exactly, even added a bit more than the recommended dose, used multifunctional chlorine tablets, and ran the filtration system non-stop for several days (well over 72 hours). The pool water is still green, full of algae, and absolutely no improvement. Instead of solving the problem, I wasted money on this liquid, wasted time, wasted electricity, and in the end I now have to drain the pool completely. Very disappointing product — doesn’t work as advertised. Would not recommend.
