Love this toilet! We had a professional install, had a mild drip for a day after seal but went away. I am very surprised no one has commented on the loud flush. Like an airplane toilet!

I purchased this toilet on January 24, 2025. It worked beautifully until the beginning of November, but the water won’t stop running. I had to flush it many times until it stopped running. I decided to use the other toilet. Thanksgiving day, I had guests, and warned them not to flush it or use the other bathroom. Unfortunately, someone did. Water kept running. I called someone to fix and remove the piece from the wall, but I couldn’t figure it out, so someone shut off the water; at least it's not wasting water. Now, when I use it from time to time, I pour water into a container to flush it, and I will contact customer support for help.
