I bought the AQUAS water magnetic filter and installed it in my Whirlpool automatic top load washing machine. Installation was very easy and it fitted properly without any leakage. After using it for some time, I can see improvement in water quality. The water feels softer and washing performance has improved. Clothes come out cleaner and there is less hardness effect on fabric. It also helps in reducing scale formation, which is good for the washing machine’s life. Overall, it is a useful product for areas with hard water

The product may be acceptable. BUT...... there is no way to get clarification from the manufacturer, let alone contact them for a warranty issue. I sent two emails seeking clarification regarding the proper installation of the device to the main water line. Specifically, I needed to ascertain if there is a prescribed direction for connecting the softener to the main line. Upon observing the installation illustrations on the water softener's packaging, I noticed a contradiction. For washing machine installations, the broader end is depicted as connecting to the washing machine, with the main line entering through the narrower threaded end. Conversely, for connections to a main water line tap, the broad end is shown attached to the tap, and the narrow threaded outlet faces the outflow. Does this imply that the softener cartridge operates effectively regardless of the direction of water flow? Other manufacturers' similar products typically feature directional markings, such as inlet and outlet arrows, on the device itself. I will be returning this expensive product.

Aquas magnetic water treatment is very good product. I use this product for my new whirlpool front load washing machine. Now i can feel the difference of my washed cloths. Easy to use, it can directly connect to washing machine. Value for money, whirlpool service man force me to buy same whirlpool product, which cost ₹2000. But i refused to buy.

Purchased for Whirlpool whitemagic royal model and it fits perfectly well. Installation was very simple and I did it in just 2mins without any specific tool. It's been almost a month using it and result is very much satisfactory. Also the procedure to extend the warranty for 5yrs is super easy..just message in WhatsApp and shared the order details.
