Can’t get the audio or cam working. I’m not sure if the audio is off due to the lack of an amp wire or something else. Also this unit has Bluetooth AND carplay, but not carplay through Bluetooth. It requires a wired connection. Probably going to order a different head unit because I can’t get this working. No way of contacting the company either

Just received the radio and installed it today.Carplay and sound feels good.Well worth it, great product!

UPDATE: I have to say I am seriously impressed with the customer service from Roinvou. They worked with me for a few weeks trying to get my unit working. When we came to the conclusion that it wasn't ever going to be compatable with my phones, they sent me a brand new model that did work for my car and phone. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The product may have been glitchy, but the company is without fault. I was extremely optimistic about this stereo. It's seemingly the ONLY single DIN Android Audio solution on the market, and I was eager to get it installed in my wife's 2002 VW Beetle. I have regretted the purchase ever since. The first unit failed completely on the 31st day of ownership. Lockups during startup. Lockups on connection with the phone, lockups (with a hard repeating audio loop at max volume that you can't make stop without turning off the car) while using navigation. Amazon was awesome, and despite being past the return date, they processed the return and sent me a new unit. The second unit seemed much better to begin with. First of all, the screen was much better that the first one I was sent. I don't know if I got a later rev with a higher res screen the second time, or if the first one was so screwed up that the display looked crappy as well. Within a few days the second unit started to exhibit some of the same failures of the previous device. The new device is somewhat better, in that it works ok with Bluetooth, and you can use the radio. Sometimes a sharp bump will cause the device to reset. Trying to use the Android Audio always results in a lockup of the device, and the need to restart the car to get back even basic FM radio functions. This is using both my phone and my wife's. We have Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 6 respectively. The chip used in this device is a multimedia tablet system on a chip from Allwinner that was released back in 2017. It's underpowered for the requirements of this device, and you can tell. Don't buy this thing. Its half baked, underpowered, and nothing but trouble. The audio loop bug in particular is dangerous, as is having to screw with this thing constantly while driving down the road.

The radio once it’s on it looks awesome. I figured it was too good to be true for $60. I said to myself I am OK with the glitches but not even three days after the radio wouldn’t turn on and it started flickering and then later the radio turned on and everything sounded really bad. I returned the item. I was really bummed out because it looks really nice but what’s the point if it doesn’t work

It worked for a few weeks, sounded ok, now it has no sound. The Bluetooth is hard to work, disconnects at random and the car play option is garbage.
