I will update after I’ve taken this product for a few weeks however just straight out the gate let me say this products taste in powder form is NOT for the faint of heart… I don’t care how u try to mask it - coffee, espresso, smoothie, tea, yogurt…. It has a very distinctive dirt flavor of mud pies from my history as a kid - and even then they might have been better on the palate … as to energy - about an hour after taking it I do feel a slight increase in energy - nothing drastic - however I bought this for focus and memory benefits so I think that will take time to see the effects. All in all I have yet to try a supplement that is suppose to be good for u that tasted like candy - so there is that…. Good luck and bottoms up!

It is less money to buy mushroom powder than it is to buy the capsules. So I stir it into liquid chlorophyll and drink it down. Taste is not great. But results?? very good. I was starting to easily forget things and was worried about it. I asked a master herbalist what to take and he said he had same issues and tried various things and found thst regularly taking Lions Mane Mushroom made a huge difference for him, I found the same for me. After a few days of taking it, I noticed a difference. My short term memory improved. I also learned that if I stopped for a few days, memory problems returned. I am absolutely sold on this product. I know it works. If I didn’t care about cost, I would buy it in capsules instead of as a powder I have to stir into a liquid to take. You can stir it into juice, but that dues not appeal to me. Why ruin good juice by stirring powdered mushrooms into it? Drink the juice after as a reward.
