These win for best texture and taste! They aren't sticky or gooey like some gummies can be. Out of the handful of gummy supplements I take every morning, I take these last becauseI want that flavor to be the last taste on my tongue versus the others that are just okay. I love that they are sugar-free. I take them for the benefits of biotin on my skin and hair.

Hair is noticeably thicker and shiny! People began to notice about 2/3rds of the way through the bottle. I honestly didn't think it would make this much difference. Very pleased. Will purchase again. Oh, the gummies were a tad hard, maybe a bit stale, but they tasted great and more than did the job.

Great little gummy. I started taking these about 6-8 months ago. It takes a while for them to really get absorbed into your body and to start affecting how I feel, but these have been amazing for my joint pain and some muscle discomfort. I walk more than 10 miles a day for work and approximately 13 flights of stairs. These little guys are no joke.

Bought these since they are sugar free but they have an odd texture and taste, almost as if they are 5 years past their expiration date. 2nd jar, same thing. Do not recommend

I’ve finished one of the two bottles so far, and I haven’t noticed any results yet. The taste is good and pleasant. Since they’re vegan, the texture is a little firmer than traditional gelatin gummies, but I don’t mind it. I’ll continue using them and see if I notice any changes with the second bottle.
