Great product
This pitcher came in first in my search to upgrade from Pur, but I got hung up on the negative reviews about pouring and many problems with the lid falling off. I took a chance and bought it, and I’m so glad I did. The pitcher isn’t much bigger than my 7 cup Pur, so it’s easy to handle. The water tastes great, and there’s zero issues with the pitcher. It pours great, and the lid stays on all the time. I think a lot of the issues with the lid are people putting it in backwards, which is easy to do. Also, it’s made in America and has a lifetime warranty. I’m very happy I bought Epic!

Great pitcher and water tastes wonderful - so clean - after being filtered! One of my best Amazon purchases. Even my husband says we need to buy another one to put in the fridge.

Mold in filter
Two months in so cannot return; but for the past week when I lift the lid to fill the jug I can smell mold. I cleaned the jug thoroughly once a week but the smell emanates from the filter itself. I should have another month on the filter and it is still filtering water. I have ME and have been feeling much worse these past few weeks. Makes sense if you are drinking moldy water!
