The media could not be loaded.  This is pretty good basic dash cam that is easy to install and operate. Everything you need is included in the box and following the instructions is easy and simple. I had no issues setting up the camera once I downloaded the app as setup was also very easyInitially I had an issue connecting to the camera wifi, but later discovered that the power supply for the camera must be 2.4 amp. I had plugged the supplied USB power cord to a port in my car that was not 2.4 amp, which caused the camera not to operate properly. Strongly suggest using the supplied cigarette lighter adapter to power the camera.I also want to give a shout out to the supplier and customer service. They replied promptly to my issue and helped resolve the problem. The one thing I wish the app had was a way to adjust the volume of the prompt, especially when the camera powers up. I found it to be a bit too loud.Overall, a great basic camera that is easy to setup and operate and will to the job. Highly recommended.

Works as it should. For the price, it's definitely worth it. Only annoying thing is the start up and shut down "NOISE" it makes---wish you could turn the volume down, or even off. Also, it has a tiny blue light that flashes constantly when it is on and recording. I always catch it out of the corner of my eye, and it's a bit distracting. I may try to position it behind the rearview mirror so I can't see it.

I love the fact that this dashcam is very small and has no display; it's inconspicuous. I've installed my right below my rear view mirror.What I'm disappointed with is that the 2K & 4K video playback in the App is choppy. I had to select 1080p. The 2K & 4K videos also don't play on Android phones because it doesn't recognize the codec; you have to bring the footage into an app like CapCut.The App isn't the best either. You have the option to let the camera record in 1/2/3 min clips and when you disable that option is defaults to 5 min clips. You can only download the clip and if you try to share a snippet using the app there is no option to download directly to the phone & trying send a snippet any other way fails because you are connected to the WiFi of the camera (without internet).You also can't take a picture with the App unless the camera is recording.The App is a big part of the experience which is what I rated it a 3-star.I love all the accessories it comes with. However, I feel cheated because the 360° doesn't work; when you rotate the camera after mounting it; the power cable rotates too. The description says it has a lithium battery in it which should give you some power after the car is shut off but that's not the case and the emergency recording feature is too sensitive (it records the simplest bump).If they updated the App to allow photo taking while the camera is on but not recording, allow taking a still from a video, control the volume output, show the storage capacity and allow direct download of the custom snippets (they call clips) I would be willing to give a 4-star.

Excellent option for the price. Great price and works as expected.
