does not work as described.
This is not 2 way communication, you can hear the person at the door, but not the other way around. I ordered another but the problem was the same. the parcel i received the second time, didnt have instructions either and it had been sellotaped shut. I suspect this was because this item had also been returned as it was not as described. one way communication makes it useless and being as this is the second one I ordered, also a complete waste of my time.

My own fault for not reading the about, but if it's advertised as Ring Doorbell, you expect a Ring Doorbell!! Even says Ring on sticker it comes with (see photo) Feel scammed.
