I've been very impressed with my SmartStitch Embroidery Machine 1001! It's user-friendly, even for someone still learning embroidery, and the stitch quality is consistently clean and professional. The machine runs smoothly, and I appreciate how easy it is to upload designs and get started on projects. I've used it on a variety of materials, and it has produced beautiful results every time. The features are intuitive, and the overall quality has exceeded my expectations. Technical Support is beyond anything I have ever experience before. There is a Facebook group to connect with others. Plus, you get your own group of Technical Support for help anytime you need it. And can we talk about the YouTube Videos. There is a video for everything you can think of like setting up your machine to embroidering your first hat. I was a little intimidated by it at first, but after I got started I found it was VERY user friendly! The set up was easy and initial training was immediate so you can get started creating. The trainers and technical support have been so nice and fast to respond. It came with all of the materials and accessories that you need to get started. It is a very sturdy machine, it is a little heavy, but it comes with the cart that has wheels for easy move. The online support group on Facebook is a life saver. So many experienced users that are willing to help and share their knowledge. Buy it, you won't regret it!

I have never used a sewing machine let alone an embroider machine but the Smartstitch I received is a great beginner setup. Easy to follow directions in setting up. The fact you get 1 on 1 training was super helpful. The technical support has been great to work with. Would definitely recommend getting this machine. 😊

Amazing machine! I had one year of experience with a Brother single needle. The included one on one training was amazing and my support team has quickly answered and helped solve any problems I've run into. It is intimidating to look at but very user friendly. Quieter than my single needle and SO MUCH FASTER. Very happy with my purchase!
