Update- best case ever! I’ve had it awhile and I’ve dropped it. Accidentally placed in glue (long story) and this is so durable! My kids can’t get into it either. I will recommend and definitely reorder another should I need one.This is the best pill case I’ve found on the market. It keeps my pills organized and secure. It’s difficult for my children to try and open, and easy enough for me to work with.My only discrepancy was the one time I accidentally dropped it... the case didn’t open. However, when I opened the case some of the pills were all mixed up and falling out. This wasn’t much of a problem since the entire case had actually remained secure despite the fall.I also love the idea that it keeps what I’m taking from prying eyes around me. Granted, I try to take privately but sometimes I need to take them in a more public place.I carry this around in my purse and it works perfectly. I definitely recommend. I’ll update my review should things change.

It's great for small and medium size vitamins. I only wish the compartments were a little deeper for our large omega 3 softgels. The lid has the extra room for deeper compartments, so it's possible with a redesign. We take a lot of vitamins, so I fill this up at night and then remind my husband to take them the next day.

This is so much smaller than the picture leads you to believe. I was only able to fit a fraction of my vitamins in here compared to the generic daily pill holder you can get at Walmart. I was not happy with this at all. It is too big to only fit a tiny amount of pills in. It went back immedialtey. Especially for the price it really was a waste.

I like the idea of this box. I like that each separate compartment has a cover. However, the compartments themselves are a little small if you have big pills, and since the compartments are small and i need to take these big pills twice a day, i can't carry many around with me which was a little disappointing. The box closes really tight and so do the compartment covers, which is really good and adds security, but i'm a little concerned that i will have trouble opening the box/compartment covers on the days when my hands hurt.

Why make a pill box with only six compartments? On the 7th day we rest? I'm sorry, but putting the 7th day pills in the top is just not a good idea; they'd all go flying every time you open the lid. Nice try, Marketing Department. Or good prank. (Are you hiring?) The box itself seems sturdy enough though I have not tested it by dropping yet, so I won't make any promises. What I can promise you is a lot of confusion, not only over day of the week, but if you have various pills of similar shapes and colors, you're going to have a hard time fishing out the one you want, as this box is very small, and its compartments just big enough to get a thumb stuck in.

One of the best and most convenient things I've ever spent money on. The section sizes are great for mixing big pills and small pills, so there's no wasted space. I labeled the sections opossum I'd always know what was in each. This is sturdy and compact. The extra top keeps the sections closed and avoids any accidents of them popping open when it's shoved carelessly down in a purse or bag. Which of course I NEVER do. ;) if you're on the fence, get it!

Best pill box I have ever used.All the ones I have used in the past will occasionallyopen accidentally in my purse and then I have to digthe contents out of the bottom of my purse. Annoying.I also dropped them and they would pop open spewingmy meds all over the floor.THIS one is tough as nails and no bigger than my old ones.But so well made. I have dropped it and it is just fine.One thing you might want to be advised on is that it only has 6compartments. So not a full week, but that doesn't bother me.

The Mighty Box is definitely a step up from most regular pill boxes. I haven't dropped it yet, but can imagine that due to the heavy-duty latch that it won't just pop open like others I have had. However, I can't give it 5 stars for two reasons. As you can see from the other reviews, a "large" pillbox seems small to some people and to others it seems extra-large. I would call it large perfect, but I use it for supplements which are mostly fish oil size. There are only two long compartments where these will fit. It would be much better if there were only four compartments where all four would accept the larger supplements. Secondly, the blue inside snap covers are removable. I can see why some might want to remove them, but I purposely bought this because of these additional safety covers. That way, I can take out just one compartment's contents at a time and if I get bumped or drop the box, all the contents don't go flying. Because these covers are removable, they are somewhat loose and they slip out of the box. I may experiment with gluing them in permanently.
