Good value.
This is a great laptop. Owned for nearly a year now. Super quick start up and comfortable keyboard. Purchased for mobile music production and it works well. The processor is very capable and sound card excellent.

Nice laptop for every day use
It's a really nice laptop, works well good battery life. I've had no issues with it. Only thing I would have liked is the key board to light up when it's dark it's hard to type. But other than that it's all good.

Let down by the terrible touchpad
Decent laptop for everyday home use, but I'm very surprised that no reviewers have mentioned the touchpad yet. Like most laptops these days, this one comes with one of the smooth, 'buttonless' touchpads. Obviously it does have buttons - two of them - but they're effectively hidden beneath the lower part of the touchpad. This is such a retrograde 'evolution' of touchpads, if you ask me. Having separate buttons just worked. With these new buttonless touchpads, while you can press the touchpad just about anywhere to perform a left-click, when you press it, unless you're vary careful, you'll invariably accidentally move the cursor a little bit - which usually means you mis-click. Infuriating. And the area of the touchpad that you need to press to do a right-click is tiny - basically it's about 2cm x 2cm, right in the bottom-right corner. And to move your finger or thumb to that very tiny section of the pad will almost certainly result in you inadvertently moving the cursor again. Which means another misclick. You'll get better at it over time, but it'll never be as fluent or natural a process as it used to be to press an actual button that was separate to the touchpad. And while you're getting used to it, it'll drive you mad each time you misclick. I'm considering going back to using a mouse, to save myself getting infuriated with the constant misclicks. Sadly, to get a laptop that has separate buttons beneath the touchpad these days means shelling out for a high-end, high-spec machine, which means paying far more than you want to if all you want is a capable laptop for basic home use.

Very impressive laptop for the price
I bought this for my son so he could do his college work. Just as a silly test, and mainly because I hadn't seen any machine with Intel Arc graphics we tried Cyberpunk 2077 on the laptop, and it ran quite well on medium level settings. Now if you know anything about gaming you will know Cyberpunk whilst now a few years old is still a very demanding game. My son fired up Minecraft, and he is a wizard at all, telling me about chunk sizes, etc. All I know, I worked in IT, and have used many laptops over the 20 years or so I have been doing IT for. This laptop is certainly up there with the better laptops I have used. Lovely glossly OLED screen, a real pleasure to work on. I am quite jealous. And for those who are thinking my son just appears to game on this laptop. Sadly no, he spends most of thie day just using Chrome, and the Office suite. The games were simply installed to get a feel for how the laptop could cope with load etc.

Speed, Screen, Sound and Battery Life are great, wife's happy 👍
Bought for the wife, much better speed, screen quality and sound. Her Toshiba was 13 years old, had sound and connection issues and needed replacing. Now that's she's got used to it, she's happy. Battery life is so much better too.

Loved it
Great price, great sound and pretty well performance. Only finger print was mentioned to be included in 16 inch models but it does not have that feature but face recognition works pretty well. I have shared a video with sound hopefully it is helpful☺️

Lenovo i5 laptop
The laptop looks and performs well. As expected. My only comment is that when received the seals on the Lenovo packaging had been brocken and there was a slight sign that the laptop had been opened.
