A must for any serious athlete!

It just makes the work more efficient by really isolating the biceps. You’ll feel the difference right away. The Rim Sports Arm Blaster is just excellent, in quality and ergonomics.

Product is made well, good quality. Unfortunately, I am too wide for it so I'm not able to use it to it's full ability.

This thing is legit!!
My husband beat me to opening the package before I could and he was curious to how this arm blaster even worked...until he used it; we both found that using the arm blaster helped us focus on range of motion and form. It allowed for us to breathe through sets rather than trying to rush through to the next. Because this product forces you to have better form, you can feel muscles worming that you didn't even know you had. I highly recommend this product for others to use!

51 years old and first time using this equipment
I discovered that I like this Arm Blaster apparatus more than I thought I would. This keeps your form strict. And using it on high rep burn outs really had my biceps BURNING. I will cycle this on and off throughout the year. Worth the spend.

Purchased this to use with my 10th and 11th grade fitness classes (physical education) to help the students really isolate the muscles and stop swinging from the hips and arms when completing the exercise! Will also use with my more advanced personal training clients to help them get more from their biceps and triceps workouts.

Didn’t seem flimsy or like it was going to bend
So last night I got to use my arm Blaster and i was thoroughly impressed by the quality of it. Didn’t seem flimsy or like it was going to bend. Although i didn’t quite get the fit right ( should be on my triceps as opposed to my elbows) I was still comfortable enough to do my sets. My only con was that the arm pockets aren’t set back a little more you tend to feel your arms are forward more other than that I liked it and I will be incorporating it into my arm night at the gym

Corrects bad form, and your ego.
This is a great product for isolating your biceps. All to often you let your ego lift at the gym and not your actual arms. You, and you see others, swinging up weights that they can not actually stagnant lift. This eliminates that swing and forces you to use just your meat hooks. I was curling 60's ugly, and after 3 weeks with the Blaster, I am up to 50's with great form.I recommend this product to anyone who wants to get more serious at the gym, and/or have hit a plateau with their current arm training.
