Yes, the watch sets for military time. But the backlight came not working. That was a bid disappointment.

Q: How do I turn off the beeping at every hour. It has ths little horn now on the screen next to the numbers. I didn't have it before, and my daughter...

From main screen:press mode button once (bottom left button) your screen will show AL, and a time.next while on this screen, press st/stp button until all alarm icons are gone (st/stp button is upper right button, and the alarm icons appear on the bottom of your watch screen beneath the time.)

Q: Does this watch let you set multiple time zones?

The watch has a setting for one additional time zone.

Q: Does it do military time? 24 hr?

Tap the reset button to turn military time on and off. Don’t hold the reset, button down, just tap it.
