Extremely Disappointed with This Purchase
Very disappointed with this product. It appears to be of poor quality. The cap does not close properly, making it difficult to use. The ink leaks continuously from the container, creating a mess and making the product unusable. It honestly looks and performs like a counterfeit or duplicate product rather than an original one. Considering the high price I paid, this is extremely disappointing. I expected much better quality. I request that Amazon look into this issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
