First off, the pack of five is incredibly convenient. I can keep them in different places (bedside, office, car) and always have one handy. The design is brilliant – they're lightweight, low-profile, and surprisingly comfortable to wear for extended periods, even overnight. I sprained my thumb and it was very painful to use or if it got bumped. This protects the injured thumb from bumps and holds it straight. It also eliminates the pain during the day. I use it during the day whole I work on the computer, without an Issue. It is a bit bulky but I don't mind that. The metal in the top of the brace is what secures the thumb in place. The velcro straps are easily adjustable and very secure. I have been washing these in a garment bag. Sometimes I still have to take it off to do things, like cooking n the kitchen. My thumb hurts when I leave these all day though due to not moving it at all so I take it off to sleep. I will still have to go to the doctor at some point to get a medical grade split to heal my two month old injury. I saved one to give to my mother since she often injuries her finger working on the farm. I am extremely thankful for this splint.

Lightweight and rigid, yet comfortable enough for all-day wear. After wearing for several days—along with occasional icing—it provided significant relief for my trigger finger until the inflammation finally subsided. I especially liked that there were multiple splints in the package. I will always have a box of these available.

These are the best thumb braces hands down! I tried several different braces for my trigger thumb, but they all wrapped around my wrist and caused my tendinitis to flare up. These stay in place perfectly and are super comfortable. After wearing these consistently for a couple of weeks, my trigger thumb began to resolve. Now the intense pain and clicking are completely gone!

I wore this faithfully. It prevented flexing of the thumb effectively without the limitations of the larger wrap-around devices (which I also bought). Adjusts easily. Slips off to wash dishes or shower and slips right back on. Two-pack is great because they do get dirty over time. Product quality is first rate. Over time, combined with use of Ibuprofen, my thumb healed 100% and I avoided surgery. This is clearly a low-cost option that worked for me and my thumb!

These are so amazing for trigger finger. I type all day and couldn’t use the thumb brace. This made it easier to type and gave me more freedom to move my hand without hurting my thumb.

Using this for trigger finger ( thumb). It is a bit bulky which renders my thumb quite useless. The Velcro doesn’t stick well. After using this one day, I reverted back to a bandage wrap. May work better for a digital other than a thumb. Quality is ok though the Velcro seems a bit inadequate.

Does a decent job of stabilizing but it's just not very sturdy. Works but could be better.
